What we collect
When you book a tour or send an enquiry we collect the details needed to run that booking — name, email address, phone number, party size and any access or dietary notes you give us. Payments are handled by our booking provider; we do not store card details.
How we use it
To confirm and run your tour, to contact you about weather or schedule changes, and — if you've opted in — to send occasional news about the season. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to deliver your booking, such as our online booking platform and payment processor, and where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how pages are used and to improve them. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email our bookings team or call (07) 4151 5225.
