Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations by you

Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are set out on your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change — we will always try to move you to another date.

Weather and operational changes

Tours depend on sea and weather conditions. If we cancel a departure for safety or operational reasons, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of the tour fare. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred separately.

Wildlife sightings

Humpback whales are wild animals. While we have an excellent sighting record through the season, sightings cannot be guaranteed and are not a condition of the fare.

Safety on board

Guests must follow crew directions at all times. The master may refuse boarding or end a guest's participation where safety, intoxication or behaviour require it. Guests do not enter the water with whales.
